What We Cover:

- If any part of your product arrives damaged, or becomes defective due to manufacturing error or shipping damage, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. No matter what.
Important Notes:
- We do not offer refunds. Due to the nature of the product and how it is worn, we only provide replacements for damaged or defective parts.
- Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. However, if the product is damaged beyond ordinary wear and tear (such as a broken part from mishandling or defects in materials or craftsmanship), it will be replaced free of charge.
- All replacement claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, any damages or defects will not be eligible for a replacement under our warranty policy.
How to Make a Claim:
